iQOO Neo7 release date is Oct. 31, 2022. Android 13 is used as the operating system in the phone. And the user interface is provided by Origin OS Ocean. Neo7 uses 128/256/512 GB Internal Storage and 8/12 GB RAM as memory.

iQOO Neo7 uses AMOLED 6.78 inches 120Hz refresh rate display. The display features 1B colors HDR10+ 1500 nits (peak). It has a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a pixel density of 388 ppi. Neo7 body dimensions are 164.8 x 76.9 x 8.5 mm and weight is 197 g. Front Glass front, back Plastic back, and Plastic frame frame have been used to build the phone.
